I like him when he isn't "trying" to be offensive but rather focuses on doing an intelligent, thought provoking story which some, if not most, might happen to find offensive. He sucks when he tries too hard or get's caught up with being Garth Ennis.

I know, he can be hit and miss. But the main thing I like about his writing, is that he see's through the bullshit that many comics don't. His characters are flawed and realistic. And how can you not love a character called 'Arse-face'?

I love Preacher, The Boys, and Crossed. What Kurt said above is exactly how I feel.

couldn't get into preacher, but loved crossed, i kinda like stitched, the boys can be hit or miss depending on how much guinness he drank prior to writing the story plan for the month and love the punisher max run he did. There is just something About his style of very wrong and fucked up i just love. He can really beat the fuck out of Robert Kirkman with offensiveness, being distasteful and just plain wrong.
When he's on a lead he can do some good moderate stories, however when he is in charge he can sometimes be like a 14 year old teenager, mad at dad who likes to say bad words and fantasise about torturing rapists in his cellar when everyone is out the house
